Who: Taylor & Steven
Where: Frederick, Maryland
When: January 2021
Any couple who has planned a wedding during the past year, or who is currently planning, can attest, it hasn’t been sunshine and rainbows. Reschedules, downsizing guest lists, CHANGING venues…the list goes on. Although Taylor and Steven were able to keep their original date, they unfortunately experienced downsizing their guest list (at least twice) and a complete change of venue.
While the planning may have been plagued with unwanted stress, their day was nothing short of magical. During our first meeting they expressed their priority of FUN. [Fun Fact #1: You don’t need a set number of guests to have a good time]. These two, along with their intimate guest list, were on the dance floor until their racing hearts begged them to take a break! Or should I say, until they worked up their appetites for a snack! [Fun Fact #2: Late night snacks are always a good idea.]
If you are weary of downsizing or converting to a micro-wedding, consider the following. Taylor, and her squad, literally started (and ended) the day in flannel PJs! Does it get any better? Taylor was able to have her fur baby by her side throughout the day, which wouldn’t have been possible at her original venue. Taylor and Steven were able to talk to, and visit with, every single person in attendance (for more than a quick “thank you”) and STILL had time to dance and have fun. Everything was GORGEOUS! And most importantly, Taylor and Steven GOT MARRIED and celebrated with their loved ones. That’s a WIN folks!
Last, but not least. Taylor and Steven will still receive a very FULL gallery of beautiful moments that we hope they treasure for years to come!
Huge thanks to Taylor’s family for being such gracious hosts!
